Installation
- Remove and separate the complete jet pump from the PWC.
- Remove the trail cone (or cap) from the stator.
- Secure the rear of the shaft with a bench vise and remove the impeller using an impeller wrench (counter-clockwise).
- Inspect threads on the shaft and impeller for debris or damage; apply grease or anti-seize before installation.
- Thread the impeller on by hand carefully, then tighten with the impeller wrench.
- Reassemble the pump and reinstall it onto the PWC.
